Purpose

To finance applicants for earnest money for booking of residential plots/built up houses to be sold by Central / State Govt. housing agencies such as Urban Development Authorities like HUDA/PUDA and State/UT Housing Boards etc.

Eligibility

Individuals above 21 years of age with a steady source of income with capacity of repayment.

Loan Amount

100% of application money, subject to maximum of `. 10 Lacs.

Repayment

In case of unsuccessful applicants:

On receipt of refund from the concerned authority.

In case of successful applicants:

Lump sum repayment of the loan

If the applicant avails regular housing loan from us for constructions on the plot allotted or for purchase of plot under SBP-Reality, the loan may be paid in lump sum out of the proceeds of the SBP-Housing/Reality loan.

Processing Fee

0.50% of the loan amount minimum `.100/-

Documents required with application

Proof of identity – Voter I-Card/ Passport/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card etc.

Proof of Residence:  Passport/ Driving License/ PAN Card/ Ration Card or any other satisfactory proof of residence.

Proof of Income:  (Not required if the applicant is maintaining an account with us).
