For Interest Rates

SBP EASY HOME LOAN SCHEME UPTO Rs.50 lacs @ 8% P.A

Applicable for Home loans upto Rs.50 lacs sanctioned upto 30.09.2010.
The interest rate is fixed at 8% p.a for first year and 9% p.a.for 2nd and 3rd year. Thereafter, the rate will be charged at the then applicable Home loan floating rate linked to Base Rate.
No pre-payment penalty if loan is pre-paid at the time of reset on 4th year.

SBP ADVANTAGE HOME LOAN SCHEME ABOVE Rs.50 lacs @ 8% p.a

Applicable for Home loans above Rs.50 lacs sanctioned upto 30.09.2010.
The interest rate is fixed at 8% p.a for first year and 9% p.a.for 2nd and 3rd year. Thereafter, the rate will be charged at the then applicable Home loan floating rate linked to Base Rate.
