Eligibility:

All Central, State Govt, Defence and SBP-Pensioners/family pensioners whose pension accounts are maintained by our branches. 

Purpose:

To meet personal expenses.

Loan Amount:

A maximum of 12 months net pension with a ceiling of `.3,00,000/-

For family pensioners 9 months net pension with the ceiling amount is `.1,50,000/-

Subject to EMI / NMI ratio not to exceed 40% in any case.

Collateral Security

(Guarantee)

The spouse eligible for family pension or any other family member or a third party worth the loan amount should guarantee the loan.

Repayment:

Up to the age of 65 yrs = 48 M Maximum

>65 yrs to 70 yrs          = 36 M Maximum

>70 yrs to 72 yrs          = 24 M Maximum
